By placing a preorder, you are purchasing the item before our next stock arrival. Preorder items will be processed and dispatched once the relevant stock has arrived and your order has been prepared.

Where an unexpected delay affects a preorder, we will provide an update and, where applicable, you will retain your rights to cancel under UK consumer law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and delivery charges are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Where legally permitted, items that have been worn, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them may be subject to deductions or may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
