Returns

We accept returns in accordance with UK consumer law. Customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, jewellery should be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn, damaged or altered may not be eligible for a full refund, except where the item is faulty or otherwise does not meet your legal consumer rights.

For hygiene and quality-control purposes, we ask that jewellery remains in its original individual packaging until you have decided to keep the item. Where applicable law permits us to refuse or reduce a refund because an item has been unsealed, worn or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
