UK Shipping

We offer standard shipping within the United Kingdom for £3.99.

Orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where tracking is available.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for £12.99.

International orders are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the local postal service.

Order Processing

Orders are carefully checked and packaged before being dispatched.

For pre-order items, your order will be prepared and dispatched once the relevant stock has arrived. Please refer to the product page for any specific pre-order information.

Delivery times refer to the shipping period after your order has been dispatched and do not include any pre-order or processing period.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, AÉIA Jewellery cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, courier networks, customs or circumstances outside our control.
